How long will my order take to ship?

Standard production runs 7-10 business days from your order date. Once your order ships, transit time depends on your location (usually 2-5 business days in the continental US).

What about during a giveaway?

When a giveaway is running, our order volume can jump 10x — sometimes more. During and immediately after a giveaway, please allow 3-6 weeks for production and shipping.

We're a small team running every screen, every press, and every stitch ourselves. Quality matters more to us than speed, and we promise we're working as fast as humanly possible.

If production timelines extend further on a specific drop, we'll post updates on our social channels and via email.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states, DC, and US territories. International shipping isn't available at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Let us know right away — submit a request from our support page with your order number and photos if the package arrived damaged. We'll work with you to get it resolved.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us ASAP with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it — you'll need to coordinate with the carrier.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

During non-giveaway periods, expedited shipping may be available at checkout. During giveaways, our extended production timelines limit our ability to expedite — even paid expedited orders are subject to the extended fulfillment window.
