Refund policy
We want every customer to be happy with their order. Because almost everything we sell is custom-printed, embroidered, or DTF'd to order, our return policy works a little differently than a traditional retailer.
Are returns accepted?Custom-printed and decorated items are not eligible for return or refund — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?Reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
I received the wrong item — what now?Same process: contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll get the right item out to you ASAP and arrange the return of the incorrect one if needed.
Are giveaway and limited-release items final sale?Yes — giveaway prizes, raffle-tied merch, and limited-release drops are final sale. We can only replace these if they arrive damaged or defective.
How long do refunds take to process?Once your refund is approved, we process it within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit to your account.
Do I need to return the item to get a refund?For damaged or defective items, usually no — your photos and order details are enough. For wrong-item shipments, we'll let you know whether we need the original item back and cover the return shipping if so.
How do I start a refund request?Submit a request from our support page with:
- Your order number
- A description of what's wrong
- Photos of the item (and packaging if it was damaged in transit)
