Shipping Policy:

 

At The Old Man's Garage, we aim to process and ship your orders promptly. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Delays:

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

 

Shipping Protection Coverage:

 

Lost Packages:
If your order is lost in transit and the carrier cannot locate it, you're fully covered. We will send you a free replacement for the missing item.


Example: You placed an order, but the tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days, and the carrier confirms it is lost. We'll immediately send you a replacement.

 

Stolen Packages (Porch Theft):
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, our Shipping Protection covers theft. We can provide a replacement after reviewing the claim.


Example: Your order was marked as delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found. After confirming basic details and reviewing delivery confirmation, we'll ship out a replacement.

 

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a free replacement upon providing photo proof of the damage.


Example: You receive your order, but the hoodie has a tear, or your keychain arrives broken. Simply send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

 

Incorrect Sizing or Wrong Item Shipped:
If you receive the wrong size or item, we will quickly send you the correct product at no extra cost.


Example: You ordered a Medium hoodie but received a Large. Let us know, and we'll ship out the correct size and provide a return label for the incorrect item.

What Shipping Protection Does Not Cover:

 

Incorrect Shipping Address:
If you entered the wrong shipping address during checkout, Shipping Protection does not cover replacements for misdelivered packages.


Tip: Double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

 

Delivery Delays:
Standard shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or high shipping volumes are not covered.


Example: If your package is delayed due to severe weather or carrier backlog, Shipping Protection does not apply.

Return Shipping:

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
